- Do You Offer Graphic Design Services?
No, we do not offer any graphic design services. Many of our reseller clients are graphic designers themselves and we don't want to compete with them by offering similar services. When design requests come in from clients, we'll usually refer these to our reseller clients as a courtesy. However, in special cases we will outsource design work if it's required to complete the technical portions of a job and our client lacks the required capabilities.
- Will I get an estimate or quote before work begins?
Yes. We'll be happy to provide you with an estimate of exactly how many hours we think that your project will take to complete before starting any job. In addition, we'll also give you details about how your total cost might go up or down (such as multiple change requests, difficult integrations, etc.). With thousands of projects completed, we are excellent at estimating projects and because we provide time-based estimates (in total hours) rather than fixed-bid quotes (in dollars) we'll never add any padding or profit into your estimate.
Billing & Payment
- What are your payment terms?
At the beginning of each month, you'll receive an itemized invoice for all billable hours that were charged to your account during the previous calendar month. All invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
- How do I get billed for projects?
You will be billed for the actual hours that were worked on your project - no more, no less. This allows you to stop a project at any time and simply pay for the work that was done up until that point, or makes constant changes to a project without the bother of a 'change order' or even any paperwork. All hours are billed with a 15 minute minimum.
Our Offshore Teams
- Where are your offshore teams located?
Our network of qualified offshore programmers is distributed around the world and your project may be sourced to a programmer in one of many places. Currently, most of our development work is handled in India, Romania, Nepal, and Bangladesh although we have relationships with offshore teams in many other countries.
- Will I communicate directly with the developers?
No. A domestic project manager will serve as your point of contact, and will handle all communications between you and your offshore team. Our project managers our experts at handling the the language and cultural obstacles associated with offshore development. By handling all developer management ourselves we ensure a well-managed process to our clients which helps us to keep our hourly rates very low. Your project manager will always be a native English speaker and be based in a N. American timezone, and will be available by e-mail or toll free telephone.

- How do I know you won't steal my clients?
Simply put, we won't steal your clients because our business model depends upon your business being successful. In fact, we'll go out of our way to help you win new clients and to ensure that your clients are satisfied with your services. As your business grows it's client list, we benefit by helping you successfully deliver projects for those clients. So, we are mutually vested in the happiness of your clients and the health of your business.
- How do I qualify for the reseller program?
If you are a graphic designer or web developer of any time, you'll probably qualify. The purpose of the reseller program is to develop long-term relationships with clients who have clients of their own and are running a business. Resellers typically have multiple clients send us many jobs over time, as opposed to using us for just a single project. However, if you are just starting out in business and only have a single job we still encourage you to become a reseller - there is no set criteria for membership except that you are actively seeking clients and developing your business.
- What is the webmaster reseller program?
Our webmaster reseller program is a heavily discounted pricing structure that we exclusively offer to graphic designers, web developers, copywriters, and other web professionals. Resellers take advantage of our low reseller hourly rates by adding their own profit margin and simply re-billing those services directly to the client. Our itemized invoices include the url or jobcode for each project as well as the date and time spent, allowing you to bill your clients for the actual hours (at your chosen rate) if you wish.
