Would you like to help web professionals all over the world build their businesses? This is your opportunity use your experience in web project management and client-service to help web firms reach record growth. In this position, you will act as a single-point of contact for our clients - handling all communications from the client and managing the offshore teams. You will enforce, support, refine, and expand Sagewing's existing processes to help us streamline and improve our business every day.
LOCATION:
This is a telecommuter/home-based position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as single point of contact for clients
- Identify and document client requirements
- Communicate with offshore teams for client refinement and clarifications
- Collaborate with teams to create and deliver schedule and budget estimations
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Expert level documentation skills, particularly with requirements and specification documents
- 5+ years experience managing web applications
- Strong familiarity with web technologies including x/html, css, Flash, php/mysql, .Net, and server administration
- Experience with formal project management methodology
- Ability to work well with developers, test engineers, and non-engineering personnel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
